Introduction
Independence : Founded in 1927, MOM is an independent family company. The success of our equipment is the result of a continuous effort in research and development that made it constantly revolutionize the dosing industry.
Dosing specialist : Enhanced by the recognition of its expertise, MOM handles a large range of dry and liquid products, from semi-automatic equipment to high speed packaging machines. MOM continues to strive for simplicity and robustness in the development of its new dosing machines, offering efficient equipment at the best price.
Social responsibility : MOM is locally active with college and universities. Welcoming students and interns, MOM works hand-in-hand on research and development projects with the teaching staff from educational institutions and sponsors young entrepreneurs. Personally implicated, Bruneau Derangère, MOM’s CEO, is the chairman of the board of Tremblay University, that teaches 400 students.
Eco-design and Sustainable Development : To monitor its low and controlled environmental impact, MOM realizes energetic audits. Also, MOM improves the energetic efficiency of its packaging machines year on year.
Organisation
A strong design office : MOM has its own design office in charge of mechanics, electricity, automatism, data analysis, communication and certifications. Thanks to these in-house skills, MOM can provide the technical level best adapted to its customers’ requirements and needs.
A 4.0 factory : Equipped with advanced production machines, MOM is best able to respond to its customers’ requests within their time and cost constraints. Its qualified technicians, benefiting from a long experience, provide an efficient service during the commissioning, the training of operators, and during remote or on-site interventions.
A high-level staff : MOM’s staff is oriented towards customers’ needs and is constantly trained with regards to the new technologies implemented on MOM equipment. In this way, each member of the MOM team has a strong role to play in the company’s customer relationship and development.
Research & Development : Inscribed in its genes and source of its longevity, innovation is at the heart of MOM’s activity. Working in collaboration with specialized laboratories, the company continues its research on materials, regulation evolution, communication and data analysis technologies.

History
1927
André Derangère founded MOM in Paris. Its main activity is the manufacturing of mechanical equipment such as cellar articles, letters brake, packaging equipment,…
1960
Pierre Derangère, the founder’s son, focuses the company’s activity on packaging machines : dry and liquid filling and dosing machines. The first automatic filling machine is commissioned.
1990
A new factory is built in Villepinte (93), next to the Paris-Charles-de-Gaulle airport. By choosing this location, Bruneau Derangère, the 3rd generation at MOM, demonstrates his determination to be closer to its international customers, that represent 25% of the company’s business.
2015
The size of the building in Villepinte is increased by 50% by Louis Derangère, Bruneau’s son, and is transformed into a 4.0 factory.
Why ‘MOM’ ?
MOM are the initials of ‘La Main d’Oeuvre Mécanique’, which could be translated into English by ‘Mechanical Workforce’. Back in 1927, La Main d’Oeuvre Mécanique, a futurist name, was synonym of technological improvements, with mechanical solutions to what was only realized by human workforce until then.
MOM owes its longevity to the performance of its staff, men and women, who are always looking to deliver high quality manufacturing and to continuously innovate.
